Interprofessional Education Pathways

In June, Professor Elizabeth Molloy and Professor David Story led the first webinar for Interprofessional Education Pathways titled Healthcare: A team sport. The webinar focused on the role of teams in healthcare, and how we can best develop learner capabilities for collaborative practice. Watch the recording.

The next webinar will be taking place on Wednesday 19 October and will focus on clinical debriefing in healthcare teams.

Sustainability Pathways

In July, Professor David Story and Professor Susan Walker led the webinar Climate care is healthcare. This webinar focused on the recent IPCC reports, the imperative for healthcare professionals to lead in addressing carbon emissions and sustainability research from three Melbourne Medical School PhD scholars. University Administration Pathways

Outlook LinkedIn Learning Session
Simon Hall, School Manager and the MMS Administration and Professional Staff (MAPS) Network hosted a LinkedIn Learning session in July focusing on Outlook management. The event was well attended by staff and included organisational tips on using categories, flags and tasks. Complete the training yourself using the slides provided. The MAPS group will host a LinkedIn Learning session on Excel later in September.

Spotlight on Professional Staff in Research

The MAPS Network also hosted Spotlight on professional staff in Research in late August. This event showcased three professional staff members who work in different roles in the research sector across the School and the Faculty. Speakers included Patricia Gigliuto, Maria Stambas and Barbara Slattery.
