Project Details
Prof. Paul is leading a research program to evaluate the long-term effects of glycaemic and other risk factors on cardiovascular and mortality risks in patients with diabetes. This programme of studies is based on the longitudinal electronic data on about 2.5 million patients with diabetes and non-diabetic controls, from primary care and ambulatory care databases of UK and USA.
