Seeking General Practice perspectives on data-linkage for diabetes prevention

Women with gestational diabetes have an approximately 10-fold higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes than those with normal blood sugar levels in pregnancy.

General Practitioners, practice nurses, practice managers and diabetes educators with experience caring for patients with gestational diabetes are invited to share their perspectives on data-linkage for diabetes prevention.

Participants will be asked to designate 30 minutes of their time to answer interview questions either in-person (i.e. in clinics) or via telephone or video-conferencing. Participants will receive a $50 thank you voucher.
