Graduate Certificate in Primary Care Nursing
Our Graduate Certificate in Primary Care Nursing will extend and refine your clinical, leadership and critical thinking skills. Designed by experienced primary care nurses and GPs, this course delivers comprehensive and evidence-based education in chronic disease management and preventive health. Graduates of this course develop the capability and confidence to work collaboratively with GPs and other allied health professionals to optimise care for people and to improve health outcomes.
