New Staff Cancer in Primary Care Group

Deborah de Guingand is a registered nurse and midwife but has worked in clinical research for 14 years and recently completed her PhD. Her experience encompasses female reproductive health, cardiovascular health, dementia and palliative care. Deborah is excited to join the team as National Coordinator of the IC3 trial, investigating an early screening program for liver cancer in primary care.

Previously from the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, Jamie Liew has a background in basic science studying how the gut and brain communicate. Jamie is excited to explore clinical trials as a Research Support Officer in PC4.
