UoM Project ECHO debuts with Future Health Today

Future Health Today, a project of the Data Driven Quality Improvement team, held UoM’s first Project ECHO session in July. The grand rounds style series is designed to bring together topic experts with on-the-ground practitioners to share resources, knowledge and provide case-based advice. FHT’s Project ECHO session saw GPs and practice staff from around Victoria come together via Zoom to hear from nephrologist Dr Julia Jones about the latest guidelines for a kidney health check and discuss a deidentified case presented live by a participating GP. This session was the first of many to come for FHT – the project will also offer disease specific and quality improvement focused sessions for health professionals in VicREN.
