Welcome Ngaree Blow: Lecturer in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health

The Department of Medical Education has welcomed some exciting new faces to our academic team over the last year.

Ngaree Blow

Ngaree Blow joined the Department of Medical Education in 2018 as Lecturer in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health. Ngaree’s clinical background is in paediatrics and public health after completing the intercalated MD/MPH at the University of Melbourne. She is also working on various research projects related to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellbeing. At the DME, Ngaree teaches Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health to all year levels of the MD program and is working with the DME team to develop and establish the curriculum across the course. Her research interests include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, particularly in child and adolescent health, as well as clinical education, assessment and evaluation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health curriculum.
