Victorian showcase of research in health professions education

The 2020 Victorian showcase of research in health professions education will be held virtually at the University of Melbourne in November. This year’s theme is “Journeys: clinician to clinical educator to educational researcher”.
The showcase provides an opportunity for scholars from the Department of Medical Education EXCITE Master’s program to present their research. It provides a supportive forum to facilitate collaborations and build and strengthen the growing community of health professions education researchers.
If you are interested in or are engaged in health professions education, research and/or practice, you are very welcome to attend and join in the conversations about scholarship in the field of health professions clinical education.
Keynote speaker
Professor Clare Delany (University of Melbourne and the Royal Children’s Hospital).
Dr Delany is a Professor of Medical Education and Clinical Ethicist. Clare is an experienced health professions education researcher and her clinical ethics background provides an interesting perspective to this research. She also holds post-graduate qualifications in health law.
