Twelve Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) have partnered with the Let's CHAT Dementia study to develop and implement a best-practice model of care for cognitive impairment and dementia in the primary care context in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and Victoria. Gidgee Healing
Gidgee Healing’s vision is to make a significant and growing contribution towards achieving equity in health outcomes and making a long term positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of Mount Isa and the lower gulf Communities in the geographic service area. Gidgee Healing provides high quality, sustainable and comprehensive primary health care services comprising a balance of clinical and population health programs for treatment, prevention and education. Our services are culturally safe, responsive to community needs, and integrated with other complementary service providers.

Mamu Health Service
Mamu Health Service Limited is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation owned and managed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to provide culturally appropriate and comprehensive primary health care programs for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities in the Innisfail and surrounding areas.

Wuchopperen Health Service
We are a community controlled Aboriginal Health Organisation providing comprehensive primary health care services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Cairns. Wuchopperen began providing health services in 1981 and has primary health care facilities in Manoora and Edmonton and a child wellbeing service in Atherton. Our vision is to improve the quality of life for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
