Harold Mitchell Postgraduate Travelling Fellowships 2022

Congratulations to Dr Natasha de Alwis and Alexandra Roddy Mitchell as being the recipients of the 2022 Harold Mitchell Postgraduate Travelling Fellowship.

This Fellowship is awarded annually to a junior postdoctoral fellow (Dr Natasha de Alwis) and senior PhD student (Alexandra Roddy Mitchell), within Mercy Perinatal to present his/her work at a major overseas meeting and to visit cognate laboratories/research workers.

The Harold Mitchell Foundation works with organisations throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific to make a positive and sustainable difference in education, health and the arts. It is our hope that by accepting and receiving this scholarship that the recipients will be able to assist the Harold Mitchell Foundation and Mercy Perinatal make a difference.
The travel fellowship is to the value of $7,500, which can be spent on domestic or international conferences/lab, researcher visits or virtual conferences within the next 12 months.
