Prof Eva Dimitriadis has been appointed a Fellow of the Society for Reproductive Biology

Eva, a NHMRC Senior Research Fellow, Professor in Reproductive Biology at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Melbourne and Co-Head of the Gynaecology Research Centre at The Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, specialises in infertility and pregnancy disorders associated with placental insufficiency and endometrial cancer.

Fellowships for the Society of Reproductive Biology are awarded to internationally recognised leaders in reproductive biology who have made a substantial contribution to this field.  Eva has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and her work has featured in several editorials in journals including Science, PNAS, BOR and EBioMedicine.

This is a wonderful way of recognising the work of Eva and her research on endometrial receptivity, embryo-endometrial communication and trophoblast-endometrial interactions and cell adhesion and invasion.
