AUPOA Emeritus Professor David Ames receives AO
The AUPOA congratulates Professor David Ames for being awarded Officer (AO) in the General Division in recent Australia Day Honours. The award was presented “For distinguished service to psychiatry, particularly in the area of dementia and the mental health of older persons, as an academic, author and practitioner, and as an advisor to professional bodies.”
