The best exercise to reduce dementia risk

Physical activity is known to be strongly related to reduced risk of dementia, however not all forms of exercise reduce risk equally. Nicola Lautenschlager, Professor of Old Age Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne, and director of the AUPOA,  was recently interviewed regarding the effects of exercise on dementia risk on the ABC's radio program 'Health Report with Norman Swan'.
