Radio interview with world Alzheimer's disease expert Ronald Petersen

Ronald Petersen, one of the world's foremost experts in Alzheimer's disease, was interviewed on ABC radio earlier this week, where he discussed the need for Australia to develop a national dementia strategy.

During his interview, Professor Petersen also discussed how certain lifestyle factors may help to delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. In particular, Professor Petersen mentioned the potential benefits of physical activity, referencing the results of the 'Fitness for the Ageing Brain' (FABS) Study, led by AUPOA Director Professor Nicola Lautenschlager.
