Located approximately six kilometres from Ballarat Health Service, Balanada Close consists of eight double-storey townhouses.

The AVG House is located approximately twenty kilometres from Ballarat Health Service, this new accommodation venue for the Department of Rural Health will be available for students from the beginning of 2022.
