Participants had the opportunity to explore key topics such as goal setting, effective communication, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. One of the highlights of the workshop was the emphasis on how mentoring relationships can help them identify and achieve their goals more effectively. By leveraging the guidance and support of mentors, individuals can unlock their full potential and navigate their career paths with greater clarity and confidence.
