A second delivery of the course was held in collaboration with Fiji National University, engaging academics and clinicians across the School of Health Sciences, School of Public Health & Primary Care, School of Nursing, School of Medical Sciences, Oceania Hospitals and Colonial War Memorial Hospital.

In both settings, participants explored how to learn together within complex health systems, build psychologically safe and supportive environments and foster team cohesion through shared learning and continuous improvement. These courses not only build knowledge, but they also lay a strong foundation for fostering community and leadership capacity to transform health systems across the region.
