Australian Institute for Musculoskeletal Science (AIMSS) Annual Symposium

This year’s Australian Institute for Musculoskeletal Science (AIMSS) Annual Symposium, 25 October 2021, included an introduction from Gustavo Duque, Professor and Chair of Medicine, Western Health and Director, Australian Institute for Musculoskeletal Science (AIMSS); a plenary lecture delivered by Professor Susan Davis from Monash University presenting a talk titled “Estrogen Action, Depletion and Replacement for Bone Health in Women”.

The plenary lecture was followed by five great presentations on research topics:

• Exploring predictors for falls and fractures in osteosarcopenic older women,
