To equip our managers and supervisors with the skills and mindset of effective management, the University has developed a new, digitally enabled learning offering titled ‘Essential Manager Skills’. The Melbourne Medical School encourages all staff to undertake the training.

This new course is available for access through TrainMe and covers the key responsibilities and skills for all managers and supervisors at the University. It is fully self-paced so staff can complete the module when it best suits their schedule.

Download the PDF below for more information on course content and how to enrol. Please note this course is delivered through LinkedIn Learning and staff will need to activate their free LinkedIn Learning account prior to commencing the course.
