Dr Ben Kirk awarded 2023 John Haddad Young Investigator Award

Dr Ben Kirk from the Department of Medicine at Western Health has been awarded the 2023 John Haddad Young Investigator Award from the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research.

Awards are given to ten basic or clinical scientists worldwide each year to showcase their research at the ‘Advances in Mineral Metabolism’ meeting in the United States. Dr Kirk will present on recent clinical advancements in anti-fracture research relating to bone and muscle interactions.
