Congratulations to our finalists for the Victorian Premier’s Awards for Health and Medical Research

Congratulations to Dr Kate Hodgson from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr Courtney Ierano from the Department of Infectious Diseases, and Dr Liz Paratz from the Department of Medicine, who were selected as finalists for the Victorian Premier’s Award for Health and Medical Research. Held annually, the awards recognise exceptional contributions by Victoria’s early-career health and medical researchers.

The Premier’s Awards recognise exceptional contributions by early-career researchers.

Researchers are awarded across five categories, including basic science researcher, clinical researcher, Aboriginal researcher undertaking research in any field of health and medical research, health services researcher, and public health researcher.
