Elise Mitri awarded inaugural National Allergy Centre of Excellence PhD Scholarship

Elise Mitri, a PhD candidate in the Department of Infectious Diseases, pharmacist and clinician researcher, has been awarded the inaugural National Allergy Centre of Excellence PhD Scholarship for three years. The scholarship will support Elise as she starts her PhD in multidisciplinary approaches to low-risk penicillin allergy de-labelling.

The National Allergy Centre of Excellence aims to facilitate and accelerate allergy research to improve clinical care, save lives and reduce the burden of allergic disease.
