Faculty Town Hall event for early-career academics

The MDHS Early-Career Academic Network is planning to host a Town Hall event for early-career academics to hear from and speak with members of the faculty leadership team, while also sharing concerns and issues regarding equity, representation, advocacy, and career development.

This year the forum is scheduled to feature:

  • Professor Jane Gunn, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences
  • Professor Mike McGuckin, Deputy Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences
  • Professor Alicia Spittle, Associate Dean of Research, Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences

To guide the discussion, we encourage interested staff to complete this anonymous survey to express their thoughts about the challenges and opportunities facing them.

The event will be held on Wednesday, 9 August from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. We will provide further details soon.
