This year, to celebrate the exceptional research accomplishments made through challenging circumstances, the symposium theme is ‘Joint endeavours in research excellence.’

This year our Research Symposium will include updates from our Dean and Head of School, as well as our traditional inspiring MOTH-style talks by three visionary and impactful researchers:

- Dr Anita D’Aprano, Senior Research Fellow in Indigenous Health, Department of Paediatrics
- Professor Sarath Ranganathan, Head, Department of Paediatrics

Publication Prizes
Each year the Melbourne Medical School recognises and rewards high-calibre research produced by our talented cohort of students and early career researchers through the Publication Prizes. Winners and finalists of each category will present their research during the symposium.
