Dr Asha Bonney Receives Health Services Researcher Award at Premier's Awards for Health and Medical Research
Dr Asha Bonney from the Department of Medical Education, a Postdoctoral Clinical Research Fellow in the Department of Medicine at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) and a respiratory physician, has received the Health Services Researcher Award for leading research at the University of Melbourne and the RMH to provide education and develop referral pathways for patients undergoing lung cancer screening.

The Premier’s Awards for Health and Medical Research, established by the Victorian Government in 1995, celebrate the outstanding achievements of early-career health and medical researchers in Victoria. These esteemed awards highlight the diverse and impactful research being conducted across the state.
