PhDone and Dusted Career Pathways Sessions
Career Pathways Sessions
Welcome
The Melbourne Medical School invites you to attend the PhDone and Dusted Career Pathways Sessions. What will be through the next door for you?
Hosted over two days, these sessions are designed for graduate researchers to hear more about possible career pathways following their PhD completion.
The sessions are co-designed with Melbourne Medical School graduate researchers with the aims of:
- Fostering an understanding of opportunities and challenges experienced by recent (within 10 years) graduates
- Sharing personal experiences about how different pathways were taken to a variety of different careers
- Providing opportunities to chat with current graduate researchers and recent graduates to expand potential networks, both within and beyond the University sector
All sessions will be held in person and will not be recorded. This will create a supportive environment where speakers are able to share their experiences, with plenty of time available for audience questions.
Each day is designed as a stand alone program. You are welcome to attend both days or choose just one.
We look forward to seeing you there!
