Brief background and research interests
I am currently a Lecturer in Health Services Management at La Trobe University, with a PhD in Public Health from the University of Technology Sydney. My research interests are digital health, social determinants of health, and health equity, particularly in the context of chronic disease management and mental health.
What led you to this research?
My professional and personal background has highlighted the challenges that culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities face in accessing appropriate mental health care. As both a researcher and a member of a CALD community, I am motivated to explore how technological interventions can be integrated into primary care to better support underserved populations.
