- Describe a common approach to community-based assessment and management adopted by developmental paediatricians, GPs and school-based nursing practitioners.
- Discuss the unique role that clinicians in school-based health services can play in supporting young people and carers with diagnosed or undiagnosed developmental issues.
- Evaluate best practice developmental paediatric principles and practices for potential use in primary care settings
- Discuss key areas for collaboration, improved communication and service integration between primary care and tertiary community-based paediatric services.
- Participate in a community of practice and peer learning.

- Describe the different brief intervention modules in the Brief Intervention Toolkit.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how to find and access Brief Intervention Toolkit activities and resources in a consultation.
- Examine how to implement the toolkit using a case-based example through peer-led case discussion.
