Future Health Today project partners with the Paul Ramsay Foundation

The Future Health Today project is pleased to announce its recent partnership with new philanthropic partner the Paul Ramsay Foundation. Future Health Today is a collaboration between the University of Melbourne and Western Health. It is a proactive digital health technology that facilitates the detection and management of chronic disease using data from primary care health records, which will create significant opportunities for early intervention and improved health outcomes.
