Teaching and Learning
The course is suitable for both rural and metropolitan students. Synchronous teaching sessions will be online to permit equitable access for students regardless of location. There are 4 one-day placements, spread across the 4 weeks of the subject. These include 2 clinical placements (in a pathology and a radiology department), as well as a pathology museum placement and a symposium. Students are expected to attend these 4 placements in person. Placements will be available in metropolitan Melbourne and if possible, in other centres.
Please note that Teaching and Learning activities will include synchronous and asynchronous activities, including on campus (or other locations). Timetables are subject to change and Topic leads will endeavour to notify you of these as soon as possible.
