Master the art of genuine connection in leadership: Humour Foundation Masterclass
- Embark on a transformative journey of curiosity, self-awareness and engaging with spirit with experts from the Humour Foundation. With a perfect blend of artistry and scientific principles, this playful, yet powerful session focuses on building trust, dissolving power imbalances and engaging with presence and spirit.

Negotiation and conflict management: up, down, and across
- Learn and apply techniques to navigate negotiation and manage conflict with clarity and empathy, whether influencing senior leaders, collaborating with peers or supporting junior staff. Facilitated by experienced clinicians and educators from Department of Paediatrics, University of Melbourne.
Facilitators
Prof Amy Gray - Stevenson Chair and Head of Department of Paediatrics at The University of Melbourne. She is a General Paediatrician at the Royal Children’s Hospital, an educator and researcher. Her contributions in research and education aim to understand how to build the capability of health professionals and therefore the improve the quality of health care for children, both locally and globally. She is passionate about how we can health systems learn, investing in people and using our resources in the best possible way.
Phoebe Mason - actor, improviser, theatre maker and facilitator, with a focus on arts for purpose and making theatre in non-theatre spaces. She performs as the Clown Doctor 'Dr Okey Dokey' with The Humour Foundation in hospitals across Victoria, and is the Artistic Director of Melbourne Playback Theatre Company. She formerly worked as an environmental lawyer.
Dr Paola Villanueva - consultant paediatrician, medical and simulation educator at The Education Hub Royal Children's Hospital and Department of Paediatrics University of Melbourne. Dr Paola Villanueva is also a post-doctoral researcher in the Infectious Diseases Research Group at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. Her work involves vaccine safety surveillance within a large international clinical trial, collaborating with research centres in Australia, Brazil, the UK, the Netherlands and Spain.
