Applications Now Open Strategic Grants for Outstanding Women 2025

The Melbourne Medical School is pleased to invite applications for the 2025 round of the Strategic Grants for Outstanding Women, applications close Friday 4th July 2025.

This biennial scheme supports high-performing early and mid-career women in academia to progress towards senior academic and leadership roles. It provides funding to support a wide range of activities that can help strengthen academic capability, boost visibility, and support career development.

This scheme is open to salaried and honorary staff at academic levels B, C and D. Applicants can apply for up to $30,000 per year for up to two years (maximum $60,000).
