Introducing the new Transform Project Program Manager
We are delighted to announce the recent appointment of a Program Manager to the Transform Project.

Natalie brings extensive experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder health, research and service system initiatives across community and academic settings. Prior to commencing in this role, she held senior project, research and evaluation leadership positions within community health and applied research environments, where she led large-scale service model design, implementation and evaluation initiatives spanning health, education and social care systems.
Through this work, Natalie has supported the development and use of program logic and theories of change, and worked alongside teams to embed implementation and developmental evaluation approaches that support learning, reflection and continuous improvement. She has collaborated closely with clinical leaders, researchers, policy teams and community partners to ensure research activity remains methodologically sound while being responsive to service and system needs.
In her role as Program Manager, Natalie is responsible for end-to-end coordination of the Transform Project, including governance and delivery oversight, investigator and partner coordination, research and ethics processes, and knowledge translation. She brings a strong systems perspective and a practical, collaborative approach to supporting the delivery of high-quality outputs with real-world relevance and impact.
Natalie will be reaching out to partners in the coming months as the Transform Project continues to build momentum. We also look forward to sharing the launch of the Transform Project website in the near future, which will provide a central point for project updates, resources and key information.
