- Replacing Themis with modern cloud-based platforms
- Standardising, simplifying, and modernising our finance and HR processes
- Providing more and better data to support our decision making
- Enabling greater transparency across our operations
Key Milestones
- Go-Live Date: The new system launches on 24 May 2025, with most functionalities available from 26 May 2025.
- What’s Happening Now: Workday, UKG (casual system), and Dayforce (payroll) are undergoing final testing, while change impact assessments are being validated.
How This Affects You
The ERP Program will introduce intuitive, self-service systems for HR and finance tasks, enhance reporting capabilities, and support better project management for research. Staff will have access to roadshows, training, and a learning hub to prepare for the transition.
