What Does Mental Health Resilience Mean To You? - A community engagement campaign from the Mood Psychosis Spectrum Group

Department of Psychiatry researcher A/Prof Tamsyn Van Rheenen and her team in the Mood Psychosis Spectrum Group are proud to be primary investigators in the ResilNet Consortium.
This network of international experts in psychiatry, psychology, and neuroscience is dedicated to understanding why some people maintain or regain good mental health after adversity, while others develop lasting problems. Their research work is exploring how genetics, environmental exposures, cognitive processes, behaviour, and the brain, influence resilience, and vulnerability. A key component of this work involves engaging with the community!
The team is passionate about showcasing the voices of those with lived and loved experience of mental health resilience in everyday life, and highlighting what it looks like, feels like, sounds like, and means to you. So, join this community engagement campaign and share your perspective of what mental health resilience means in your life.
All submissions are anonymous and secure - they will not be identifiable. Responses will later be collated and shared across the ResilNet website and social channels to highlight what mental health resilience means in the community. Submissions from anywhere in the world, in any language, are welcomed.
