Dr Alex Besson selected to present at CR24 Colorectal Spring Meeting

MACH-Track fellow and PhD candidate Dr Alex Besson, has been selected to make an oral presentation on his research in predicting APER outcomes using body composition at this year's colorectal spring meeting in Melbourne.

Alex is a GSET registrar working with our Department to identify tools which may help us tailor surgery for patients with complex rectal cancer.

An excellent achievement by Alex and his collaborators. Alex will be transitioning to focus full time on his PhD next year as part of the MACH-Track fellowship program which he was selected to take part.
