2024 Western Health Kendall Francis Research Forum

The 2024 Western Health Kendall Francis Research Forum was held at Sunshine Hospital on Friday 11th October 2024. Associate Professor Cherry Koh, Consultant Colorectal Surgeon from the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney presented her insights on prehabilitation in surgery.

This was followed by presentations from both clinicians and medical students. Associate Professor Phong Tran then showcased their work in Orthopaedics and how they improved patient management over the years.

We would like to thank both the Western Health Foundation, Theatre Department of Surgery, University of Melbourne and Medtronic for supporting this excellent event, which was attended by over 100 clinicians, nurses, allied health and researchers.
