7T MRI and Arctic Ultramarthon Runner A/Prof Donna Urquhart

Pain and musculoskeletal researcher A/Prof Donna Urquhart recently completed a world-record ultramarathon in Antarctica. Donna ran 1,402km in some of the most adverse conditions on the planet, all while collecting valuable data.

As part of this we performed high resolution imaging at 7T  before and after the ultramarathon to investigate neurological changes after this incredible feat.
