Lead: Professor Elif Ekinci

CREDO, led by Professor Elif Ekinci and based at the Repatriation Hospital Campus of Austin Health, advances medical research in diabetes and obesity. We are committed to advancing medical science through the discovery of novel therapies, new treatments, and the continuous improvement of patient care.

As part of the Medical Services Division, we have a strong track record in conducting a wide range of successful clinical trials, particularly in metabolic disorders such as type 1 and type 2 diabetes and obesity. Our experienced team is passionate about research that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

We offer a vibrant, collaborative, and supportive environment in which patient-centered care is at the heart of everything we do. Our culture is energetic and team oriented, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and professional development.

We undertake both sponsor-led and investigator-initiated studies, upholding the highest standards of clinical trial execution. Every study we conduct is guided by our mission to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to the future of health care.
