Making the Lived Experience of Cognitive Difficulties in Mental Illness VISIBLE
Tamsyn Van Rheenen's team is pioneering an international survey titled ‘VISIBLE’, which explores the lived experience of cognitive difficulties in adults with mood and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. This innovative survey, developed in close collaboration with lived experience experts, gathers first-hand insights into how cognitive difficulties impact daily life, relate to clinical symptoms, and are managed by treating teams. It also addresses what researchers should focus on to better understand these challenges.
For more details about the study, visit the featured blog post on the Canadian CREST.BD network, an innovative multidisciplinary community of researchers, lived experience experts, and healthcare providers.
