The aim of this subproject is to detail the prevalence and determinants of MAFLD and CLD risk factors and liver fibrosis in a primary care population. To determine the accuracy of FIB-4 performed in primary care in the prediction of liver-related events (decompensation and HCC). And to identify at-risk populations in primary care in whom a FIB-4 based screening approach should be used to predict risk of future liver-related events. PAT1067
