Dr Celine Gubser receives 2021 Doherty Collaborative Seed Grant

Congratulations to the research team led by Dr Celine Gubser within the Department of Infectious Diseases, Melbourne Medical School, on being awarded a competitive 2021 Doherty Collaborative Seed Grant.

This grant provides $20,000 to the team to pursue research into the role of butyrophilins as a novel strategy towards a cure for HIV persistence.

This seed funding will support the team to build upon collaborative networks within the Doherty Institute, and to generate important preliminary data for future funding proposals.
