Welcome to Sexual Health Month 2025!

Here you will find a list of events being hosted around northern Victoria for Sexual Health Month - September 2025.

We want everyone to have an opportunity to expand their knowledge and explore the sexual health space in the Loddon Mallee and Hume regions, so please join us and our partners at any of the events taking place during this month dedicated to sex positivity, increasing access, and breaking down barriers and stigma around sexual health.

Loddon and Murray

Love Your Body Expo

4th September, Bendigo Community Health Services

Open to year 9 and 10 students from local schools, the expo is all about increasing students' knowledge and confidence when it comes to managing their sexual health and wellbeing, while also providing connection with local youth services. There will be 4 education sessions as well as interactive stalls. By providing students with accurate information and fostering open conversations about relationships and sexuality, students can make informed decisions and develop healthy attitudes towards relationships and their own bodies.

The Love Your Body Expo will be taking place at Bendigo Sports Centre, La Trobe University, and Year 9 and 10 students from local schools will be attending. The event aims to bring together local youth health services, and engage students in interactive and informative stalls to encourage healthy attitudes towards themselves and their peers.

Sexual Health Trivia Night

Trivia with Benefits

It's the perfect chance to hang out with friends, enjoy some light-hearted competition, and maybe even learn something new.

HOPE Network Conference
5th September, HOPE Network North East Victoria

Let’s Talk About It

4th September, Sunraysia Community Health Services

Let’s Talk About It is Mildura’s first-ever Sexual Health Expo and it’s about so much more than just sex. This free, community-led event takes a holistic look at wellbeing, with expert speakers, conversations around healthy relationships, sexual law, mental health, menopause, consent, and more. Come along to engage with local service providers, explore interactive stalls, and connect in a safe, welcoming space for anyone aged 18 and over – no matter your background or life experience.

Guest speaker sessions scheduled throughout the day, while stalls remain open and accessible 11am – 7pm.

  • Consent & affirmative consent\
  • Healthy relationships (for couples)
  • Mental health & sexual wellbeing
  • STI & BBV prevention and management
  • Sexual health & the law
  • Women's Health

Let’s Talk About It Youth expo

5th September, Sunraysia Community Health Services

Students from local high schools have been invited to attend this expo to learn about a range of sexual health topics through activities, stall engagement, guest speakers and an expert panel. The expo will allow students to have their questions answered and engage with local health services.
